Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items:
Anything purchased with a coupon code is final sale. If you use a coupon code on a purchase, you may not return, exchange. No exceptions.

These items are in-eligible for a return:
Leggings or tights
Clearance/Marked down/Sale items or items purchased with a coupon code
Accessories such as jewelry, sunglasses, scarves,
You may not return an item if it is has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.

Returnable Items:
You may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of purchase for store credit. We must receive the item within the 14 day timeframe. If the item is received outside of the designated time frame, the return will be rejected. All items must still have tags attached. Shoeboxes must be returned in undamaged condition. Please do not cover them with tape or a shipping label, place them in a larger box or bag instead. If your shoebox does not come inside another box or bag, the return will be rejected and the shoes will be returned to you for a charge. The shoes must be returned with all parts from the original box.

Order Errors/Damaged Items:
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you received an incorrect or defective item(s). All original tags must still be attached. If the tags are not attached, then it is not returnable and will be rejected. You have 2 days from the day the order was received to report it as being damaged. We will not accept any error/damaged item(s) after this 2 day period for return. No exceptions.

We do not facilitate exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please mail back your return and receive store credit. Then you may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until your return has been processed and order using your store credit. You will only receive store credit. We do not issue refunds.

Additional notes:
If your order qualified for free shipping and you wish to return an item from the qualifying order, thus making the order ineligible for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit. All returns must be credited to the original account used to purchase the item(s). (Example: If you received an item that was a gift, the return must be posted to the purchaser's account). Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after you send the item(s) back. We highly recommend using a traceable carrier with tracking number.
